3. Deposits
Deposits may be made using supported cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC20, USDT BEP20, and USDT ERC20. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address on the correct network. Deposits are credited to your account only after administrative review and approval. Funds sent to incorrect networks or addresses may be unrecoverable.
4. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed after security and compliance review. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where required by law, where suspicious activity is detected, or where verification is incomplete. Withdrawal addresses must belong to you.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose including money laundering or financing of terrorism; (b) attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls; (c) operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions or evade limits; (d) submit false documents or impersonate others; (e) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity; (f) use automated systems to access the Services without our written permission.

We may publish trading rules, spreads, swap rates, and fees on the platform. These may change to reflect market conditions. You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before transacting.

You acknowledge the risks set out in our Risk Disclaimer. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time after settling open positions and balances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentureAxis Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
